"First, call before you come as he works out of his home. Second, he is the nicest gentleman and knows his stuff. He was upfront about everything and quickly helped fix a ring of mine that has been bent for years. We then spent probably way too much time talking. I'm so glad I decided to go with a small business over a big business. I know what he did doesn't seem like much but this ring has been in my family for over 60 years and it's been bent almost the whole time because my grandmother didn't trust anyone to resize it and not take off with it. I had my reserves about it being sent off and lost or damaged during the reshaping. He did the reshaping in front of me in a few minutes. Judging by his character, I'd definitely trust him to do more major repairs and/or resizing."
