"At this location like other, services are.fairly good.However I would have given them 5 stars , but recent changes in staff and rude attitude from some staff, particularly at SE corner of Indi and 45 in highland is to be avoided. Customer service is JUST gone done the drain. I think this beautiful local branch of banks was my pride as this family owned business that has served our communities so well, are now loosing its touch of that respect & responsibility towards it customers and now becoming arrogant and thus it shows with their new choices of employees, who are so secure in their position that they could careless how they treated their loyal business customers. I was very disappointed in my last visit this week and felt no efforts from anyone to rectify, even after I expressed my concerns to the teller.Not even “sorry for any inconvenience if this May have caused “ It’s a shame, such a good bank loosing it rating in our communities."
