"I have had so many issues with this bank and their customer service representatives are the absolute worst! They failed to send me a debit card for weeks and they had my correct address. Anytime I have an issue and have to call support I cringe because it's always a ditzy uninformed girl that is literally NEVER any help. Save yourself some aggregation and annoyance by choosing a better bank with a legit customer service department. Update. Just stopped by to get a debit card printed and I waited 30 minutes for the girl, Morgan, that was supposed to be printing my card to go to lunch. They're still the worst."
