"We contacted D&M to have a 200 foot field drain installed in May of 2022. We contacted D&M a month later about our toilets and line still making the same noise and we’re told ground still needed to settle and the same excuse was give in June. Finally in July our septic system backed up into our home because the brand new field line had failed. We now have $40,000 in damages to our home and no response from D&M. We asked numerous times that the line be inspected and fixed. Now we are dealing with the consequences of using a company that should not have a business. I would recommend Shields and Gulf Coast Septic to anyone with septic problems unless you’re willing to except the risk of having the problem become worse by using D&M."

"This man came extremely late after telling us all day he would be here, got to talking about a big house near him that he's "glad no N****RS bought it's all white people" ridiculous!!! Do not recommend at all wish I could go back and not call them, sad others recommend this place"

"D&M was suppose to come out to my house for 2 weeks now so I call them to see what's going on, and they told me "they'll get there when they get there, call someone else and quit bugging them". Ive been patient because I know they're busy but to talk to their customers like that is insane, I would be fired from my job immediately if I was to do that and rightfully so! Definitely wouldn't recommend!"
