"My girlfriend has accounts here. We were hard pressed, to NOT find a teller on their cell phone; (all 4 of them out of 6). Even the 2 on their thrones behind the main teller window. It was like a major inconvenience to get one to put her phone down long enough to wait on us. That being said, we traveled to her mother's house in Bourbonnais mid week, and SURPRISE!! Tellers in that branch (3 of them), had their faces buried in their cell phones as well when she had to go in there. Why does the management allow this? For goodness sake management, DITCH THE EMPLOYEE CELL PHONES AT WORK!! Most employers don't allow this. She felt more like a hindrance than a customer."
