"First off I tried calling and was told Jennifer was busy so I needed to call back because they don’t call people even though they called me yesterday. So then I call back and ask about my application and Jennifer was very rude on the phone. I asked a simple question and she degraded me. Then when I asked why do I get calls she said well you’ll be taken off our list in a rude tone and then hung up the phone. I can’t wait until my current loan is paid off so I never have to deal with this company again. I have never had problems getting loans and me and my family have been customers for years except our location was in the Chicago location. Ever since we were forced to be with this location the customer service has been horrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!"
