Mr Chimney Cleaning

"They don't warranty their work. After calling about a chimney leak, they said they serve my area. An individual came out after dark and said he could fix it for 350.00. After agreeing to this, he went up on the roof with a caulk gun and said he fixed it. The problem was, he was only looking at the easy access side vs. all four sides and the top of the chimney. After some discussion, he gave me a BOGUS phone number to call if there was an issue. After the next rain it was still leaking pretty bad. In hindsight he didn't have the equipment or the expertise to find the leak, despite me telling him where it was. I called back the original phone number and was told they don't serve this area. He never would answer the other number he gave me. They even changed their business name. And, they said they no longer have a physical location. If I had known the truth I would never have hired him. They both said they would have their boss call me back. I'm still waiting for the call back. It's been two weeks."
