"Do not use this laundromat unless you are prepared for great inconvenience. Today was the second time my laundry was stuck in a machine and it took hours for me to get them out. I got no response when I called their emergency number or texted it. I luckily happened to show up at the same time as the wife of the owner was there,and unlocked the machine. While this was the first time I have not got a response from them, this is not the first trouble I have had. I have had clothing ruined, and also many small issues that were not worth contacting anyone about. (less than one dollar lost due to dryers not heating) and I end up losing several dollars total a month. I would be more understanding about these problems if the owners at least pretended to care and did not treat their customers time like it does not matter. I have a wedding to officiate this afternoon and luckily I will just make it. I will wash my clothes in the Cahaba River on a rock before I give these people another quarter. They could not even be bothered to text me back."
