"I was left extremely disappointed by my $475 move out cleaning. I requested & paid extra for Seventh Generation products however, Fabulouso was used. Although I pointed out my issues to the person in charge of the three person team she was not concerned about making sure my issues were addressed. Her response was tell them, they know what they’re supposed to do. When I told the specif cleaning person she said I didn’t know I was supposed to do that. I’ve never done a move out cleaning. Doors were not cleaned after I asked for them to be twice, baseboards & Trim were not cleaned at all. I requested to have the glass shower door cleaned again due to streaks and instead they took a microfiber towel to it making it worse. One of the workers was irritated when I pointed out that she did not clean where she said she had. After a while I was so frustrated that I began cleaning the areas of concern myself. I heard the person in charge say let’s go even though my cleaning was scheduled for three hours and they barely hit two hours. By time I made it down to my garage, he cleaning team left my home without saying a word. Highly disappointed and would not recommend!"
