"Good price if you don't drop off at a "sub" location such as a convenience store. Also held my shirts that were dropped off at the convenience store for like 10 days or so, and was told that they would be no charge since it took so long, but that never happened. Since I have started going to an actual store of the cleaners it's been better, they haven't lost my shirts again, but occasionally they have messed up my collar or pockets on shirts and have left them that way. Still use them, hopefully they will get better about checking the shirts throughly before sending out to customers."

"Very poor customer service. At the VERY least, get off your phone, look up, and greet the customer walking into your store. Will not be back. Also learned they send the clothes off site to be cleaned. Nothing done in house. And don't be fooled by the drive thru--they will stare at you peering over their phones until you realize that is their kind way of saying "I'm sorry, despite this being a drive thru set up, we are not a drive thru cleaners. Please come inside to drop off your clothes.""

"This is an email my wife sent to royal cleaners after having her purse sent there: Hi, I just recently sent my brand new suede, leather purse there to be cleaned. It had some ink stains from dark wash jeans that I wore that had rubbed off on it. I was going to try to treat the purse myself at home, but unfortunately I made the mistake of assuming that a professional cleaner would be able to do a better job than me! I assumed wrong! It looks as if someone stuck it in a washing machine! I was not aware that leather products were cleaned in this manner and assumed that a real life person would examine it and treat it appropriately! My husband picked it up for me today, so I was not there to voice my complaints myself, and he didn't examine the purse to see the damage. Not only is the purse completely discolored and dried, it is also broke. The metal prongs beside the straps have come loose from being put in a machine! I only used the purse once, so they shouldn't have been loose from use! I am so horrified and completely disappointed in the service that I received from you! I will be sure to let everyone know what an awful cleaning company you are and warn them about doing any business with you!"
