"The technician seemed amazing he was well mannered and sweet. The problem is the job was scheduled and noone from the office called me to even verify that. Never even a call to ask me what day is good for me. The technician had to call me. I never knew till that day and time that my plumbing job was scheduled, but i was at work and couldnt just leave without notice. Ive used yalls company before for my parents house and i understand im a renter but its not hard to call the tenent or residents to make sure they know when the job is scheduled and to ask what day would be good for us. Side note when i have called the office Erica i think her name is not helpful and rude acts like shes better than me and just seems to not care, and if shes the scheduler maybe have her call residents to see if they will even be home. Just food for thought. I love pickle plumbing the company is great but that Erica shes gonna bring yall down and hurt yall."
