"They came out and did an assessment of my issue. It turned out it was the septic tank, but they left the cap off overnight. N. Gunn Correction: After my post, I received a call from the attendee and was informed that the cap was left off intentionally because of the issues I was having. Leaving it off would minimize my issue until I could have the septic tank issue addressed. He apologized and thought he had made himself clear to my husband that he was leaving it off and why. I commend him for his swift response and appreciate them taking pride in their work and quick response to the review. Note: I did receive same day service as promised. Thank you!"

Hamp is the tech I have dealt with and he is knowledgeable and courteous about his work. Give these guys a try office staff is also 5 stars."

"Have previously used Adams for many years. Had them come out to replace a garbage disposal. The bill was almost twice what I was quoted by other plumbing companies I checked with after the fact. I asked them to send me an itemized invoice to see how much I was charged for the parts and labor, but they didn't respond. The guy they sent out was nice, but a young man but they must have charged his services out at over $150/hour, which is not reasonable unless he was a master plumber. I had called them out a few months before to service a gas lantern. Again, it was a young man and all he did was put some electrical tape across the base of the rusted air shutter and called it a day. Sent me a bill for $168. I had to call another plumber who came out and replaced the unit for the same price. I am guessing Adams must be under new ownership."
