"Beware of this company. Every company I have dealt with in the past will charge you a basic service fee to come out and diagnose your problem, then if you have them fix it they charge you an hourly fee as well as service charge. If you don't ask them to fix it you only pay the service fee for coming out. NOT 24/7. You will pay a $90 service fee AND a $120 hourly fee for them to step into your house. I had to pay $220 for a technician to look for a leak in my toilet. He spent 10 minutes looking, told me he did not see a leak, gave me the bill for $220 took my check and left. The toilet is still leaking constantly but I will never call 24/7 again. I will look elsewhere for more honest people."

"Awesome job. Gave an estimate and then started sending supplies to my house the next day to start work. Two guys re-did my floors with vinyl plank for multiple rooms within two days. Removed carpets as well. Job well done!"

"Jamie came out to fix my broken handle on my kids shower. He was very professional, and completed his work in what I thought was a timely manner. Very nice, great manners, and did his job to the best of his ability. Highly recommend and From now on I will personally ask for him if I ever have any other issues. I do think the cost was a bit high but that isn’t something he could help."

"After doing my own investigations into the claim of complaints on the BBB website about this company, actually reading complaints and responses, I found that a previous review was inaccurate. The company has resolved all issues that could be resolved. I have not had work done by this company but do not feel that it is fair for them to receive such an unjust rating. The estimates do take a lot longer than we are told they will but its a business with busy seasons. The worker that came and took measurements for my project and priced it for me was exceptionally nice and gave great advice! We have since changed direction for our project they are coming to give us another estimate and talk over materials that can change the pricing so that we have options (kitchen remodel). Thank you for being so great to me!"

"I Called for an estimate and the guy never showed or called. The next day he called and told me that his office tried to contact me several times but that I didn't answer. HIGHLY UNLIKELY. I allowed him to come that day. He came and looked at my project, measured and told me that he would get back to me within 24 hours. I contacted his office 48 hours after he came and they assured me that he would call me right away. It's been 5 days! i read his reviews on BBB site and he had a few complaints there as well. Probably a blessing in disguise. The day he didn't show should have been a hint on his ethic. SMH"
