"I wish I could give 0 stars. Called at 8am on a Monday. They said they could pump my tank that day. At 330 they call to say it would be Wednesday. They were booked up. I wasted a day waiting. Would not recommend."

"Since they installed new field lines, sewage is bubbling out of the ground. After numerous attempts to get them to come back and repair this issue, they have never attempted to return to make repairs. They are definitely not a dependable business and do not stand behind their work!!!"

"After installation it rained and the ground caved in around the sidewalk. They left the ground unlevel and promised two truck loads of dirt. Called multiple times for an itemized invoice with no response. no idea if we were charged for the dirt or if this company is a scam. Do Not Recommend."

"Not the best work and still dealing with an issue from original installation. They refuse to call back or come finish what they promised to do almost a year ago on my aunt’s property. They had the audacity to push over trees and just shove them to the back of the property and insist that they weren’t responsible for cleaning up the mess they created. Others might have better luck and get better work from them, but I am FAR from impressed. On top of that, they wouldn’t give a decent quote and then hit her with a ridiculous bill. Fortunately though, she was wise enough to dispute that bill and not pay an astronomical amount."

"My septic tank was a complete disaster. The tank was bad, filled lines and the soil was all bad. The health department said everything had to be replaced and I had to have a pump now. I called every septic tank repair company in Mobile. Mr. Turner gave me the best price. He also said he could do the repairs within a week. Some companies had me waiting over two weeks. He also explained everything to me. He helped my stress level go down tremendously. He worked professionally and efficient. He ran into a lot of problems like a buried pool. He worked around the clock in over 95° weather. I am so glad that I called him. I would definitely recommend him."
