"This company no longer does service work. The crews are all commercial and new constructions. We tried helping those who could not get a service plumber but that proved unfruitful. So we only work with commercial Installions, Alabama certitified (Insure and licensed) builders and acid gas installations. Good luck finding a reasonable service plumber."

"I paint them a LOT! Of money to plumb my house. After they did I had multiple leaks and one took two weeks to get to and another I am going on an entire month of calls,voice mails, and my builder telling them to come repair it. They got there money for the work but obviously terry Mann isn’t worried that it is leaking and running my water bill up!!! Word of advice! On new construction turn your water in and test EVERYTHING!! Especially outside water hose connections!! Test them before your right him a check!!! Bc after that it’s next to impossible to get him to come back and fix the stuff not installed correctly!! And on top of that I live less then 5-6 miles from his office!"

"I had used them before and got good service, but I called this time and they told me that they thought they could get to it and then didn't. It would have been helpful if they had just been honest about not being able to get to it for a couple of days. I have been without water for 2 days waiting on them!"

"Several issues with this company, but the main issue is that they did not know we needed a sediment filter at our new build because we have well water (according to the well driller and a second plumber, this should be common knowledge for a plumber). This caused sediment to clog our lines - all faucets & showerheads had to be cleaned out, the toilet tank insides had to be replaced, & sheetrock had to be cut in order to install the sediment filter. So, in addition to the high cost we paid them, they cost us more money when they failed to do their job properly."
