"The gentleman who showed up were early and very nice. The technician troubleshot my dishwasher problem and conducted no repairs. I was told I need a new dishwasher for $230 in a 15 minute service call. I was told by the agent who scheduled me that the service rate was $185 per hour. Ripoff"
