"Third try to fix a problem. Now want answer the phone. Samsung cancelled the ticket and had to start over. They lied and said they could not contact me ( had two cell numbers and never called ). Still can't contact me. Samsung can't contact them either per email."

"Technician sent from Samsung to repair dishwasher. Came with a small box to replace tub when customer service at Samsung was sent pictures of what was leaking.. Wrote up report of physical damage. None on or in dishwasher. Samsung would not do anything. Dishonest technician and company. Stay away from Samsung appliances. They are a piece of junk."

"Customer service and the phone center is terrible. Samsung needs to get rid of this company asap. You leave multiple messages with no return call or they say you need more info so I have to call Samsung again. Then trying to get back in touch with this company is impossible"

"This repair person was horrible, he was rude, he was very aggressive with my dishwasher. He shooshed me, he instantly tried to blame me for dents on the inside of my dishwasher, he complained the entire time and he tried to say what my plumber did not do. He did not put my dishwasher back in he said it was garbage. I have had this dishwasher a month. The damage was obviously already there when i got it. He wrote it up with no explanation just physical damage and there is nothing he can or will do. Because of hoelw he wrote it up samsung want repair or replace this expensive dishwasher i used once."

"Samsung repair tech from OMB/KJ Tech Pro came out today to repair our Samsung Ice Maker. He communicated his arrival time in advance (huge deal since we have a dog) and was at the early end of the 4-hour window originally communicated to us. He knew exactly what the problem was (defect in Samsung part) and had a replacement part with him. It took just 15 minutes. He was very polite and upbeat."
