"Requested a thermal scan and check of the CFM (cubic feet per min) of one of my bedrooms which is either extremely cold or extremely hot (depending on the season) He was able to calculate that the CFM of my room was about half of what it should be and offered solutions that should help fix the problem. Very reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Thank you! Update: After Charlie came in and performed the repair on the ducting for my room, we had a boost in CFM but we still had a 10° difference between that room and the rest of the house. I contacted Charlie and he offered to come out and perform another potential fix for free. Great and honest guy. Highly recommend."

"My heat went out on Thanksgiving eve. Talked to Charlie today about 730 this morning, he was here within the hour! Professional, courteous, and down to earth! Not only did he get me running again but solved my thermostat problems and took the the time to check my whole system as well finding where a fuse should've been but was jumpered by someone. Could've burned my house down! Would hands down recommend Charlie for any hvac work you need and I will use him from now on! I'd give 6 stars if it was possible"
