"If I could give less than one star I would. I have used them in the past and the technician was great... the problem is with the "customer service" receptionist. She was rude and continued to interrupt and cut me off while I was trying to explain our situation. I left a request with the evening receptionist and never got a call the next day. When I tried to call back after waiting for hours to see if they had a window of time they would be coming she was once again incredibly rude and said they would get there when they get there and there was no way of knowing when that would be. I called Roto Rooter of Madison who very sweetly took my information and said they would be out in 30 minutes. Would NOT recommend dealing with Madison Plumbing unless they have some personnel changes up front!"

"Madison Plumbing did a fine job at an affordable price on a weekend. I contacted them on Friday afternoon but they weren't able to get to me till Saturday morning. They did not charge me the weekend rate since I had initially contacted them during their normal hours of operation during the week. This saves me around $150! They were really nice people and provided promot and professional service at a fair price. They are now my go-to plumber."
