"WANTED TO GIVE 1 STAR FOR THEIR RUDE AND STANDOFFISH RECEPTIONIST BUT THE MANAGER JUSTIN IS GODSEND. LITERALLY SEE WHY HE’S THE MANAGER. YOU CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CLEAN AND DIRTY SOUL WITH MORALS. VERY LONG STORY SHORTENED I TOOK MY BRAND NEW PUPPY THAT HASNT BEEN TO OUR HOUSE YET AND CAGED IN THE CAR TO GET FLEA DIPPED AS HE WAS AN OUTSIDE PUP, HE SAT ON A BED ON THE WAY TO THE GROOMER IN FRONT AND THAT BED WAS TOSSED WITH HIS SWEATER AFTER HIS FIRST APPT. WE TRAVELED TO GET HIM AND WENT HOME AFTER HIS APPT. CAME HOME HE DIDNT LOOK ANY DIFFERENT BESIDES A NAIL TRIM THAT WAS DONE BEEY WELL AND PAD CLEANING WITH NOTICEABLE SANITARY AREA TRIM. IVE HAD A DOG BEFORE AND WHEN HE WENT TO THE GROOMER YOU ACTUALLY SAW HIS HAIR TRIMMED AND A LINE SHOWING WEAR THE HAIR WAS TRIMMED. FROM THE ONLINE ANIMAL PICS AND MY PUP HAIR LOOKS BARELY CUT. ANYWAY FAST FORWARD THE NEXT DAY WE’RE ITCHING AFTER TOUCHING HIM LIKE CRAZY WHICH MEAN THERE IS DIRT ON ME AND MY BABY’S SENSITIVE SKIN AND WE’RE SNEEZING AND ALL. CONSTANTLY HAVING TO WASH OUR HANDS. WHICH MEANS HE’S STILL DIRTY AND AT ONE POINT I GO TO RUB HIS FACE AND A FLEA COMES RIGHT OUT!!! LIKE HOWW? I HAD A DOG BEFORE AND TOOK CAUTION ON NOT REINFECTING HIM BY NOT PUTTING HIM BACK IN HIS CAGE OR IN MY FRONT SEAT AND IM A NEAT FREAK AND HAVEN’T HAD A DOG FOR YEARS AND THIS IS MY NEW PLACE. SO THEY TRIED TO RUN WITH IT KILLS THEM BUT WE CANT HELP WITH REINFECTION LIKE I KNOW MY HOUSE AND CAR THERES NO WAY THEY CAME BACK LIKE THAT!! THEY NEVER LEFT. MIND YOU IM 30 FRICKING MINS AWAY. LIKE I TOOK A CHANCE AFTER A CLOSER SHOP THAT WAS BOOKED RECOMMENDED ME TO THEM AND SOMETHING JUST DIDNT SIT RIGHT WITH THE PICS OF BARELY LOOKING LIKE THE ANIMALS HAD HAIR CUTS BUT MY TIME WAS LIMITED AND NO WAY IM TAKING HIM HOME TO BE UNCOMFORTABLE LIKE THAT. SO I CALLED WHEN I IMMEDIATELY NOTICED THE FLEA VERY NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD BY ONE OF THE GIRLS TO BRING HIM BACK FOR A FREE RESUP $20. ILAID $55 UPFRONT TOTAL. I JUST STARTED A NEW JOB ASSIGNMENT SO NOW IM CUTTING TIME FROM WORK BC WE CANNOT HAVE A FLEA INFESTED FRIEND HOW OUR ALLERGIES ARE SETUP. SO I TAKE HIM AND THE RUDE RECEPTIONIST IS READY ON DEFENSE TO BE RUDE. SHE TELLS ME THE OWNER SAID THEY CAN REDIP BUT NOT FOR FREE. IM LIKE EXCUSE ME??? THAT’S HELLA INCONSIDERATE AND INCONVENIENT TO NOT AT LEAST CALLLLL THE CUSTOMER AHEAD OF TIME WHEN I DIFFERENT DECISION WAS MADE TO ALLOW ME TIME TO FIND SOMEONE CLOSER. SHE WAS JUST TWIRLING IN HER CHAIR SAYING I DONT OWN THE PLACE LIKE SHRUGGING HER SHOULDERS CAUSE OBVIOUSLY HER RUDE OWNER GAVE HER THE CONFIDENCE TO BEHAVE THIS WAY AND TALK TO ME WITH NO EMOTION AT ALL. SAYING I SHOULD’VE CALLED THE SAME DAY HE WAS DIPPED LIKE I DIDNT SEE A FLEA HOW CAN YOU LIMIT THE FLEAS APPEARING TO THAT VERY DAY THEYVE RAN AND HID COME ON NOW IT WAS NEXT DAY! LIKE LITERALLY TOOK EVERYTHING IN ME NOT TO AT&T “REACH OUT AND TOUCH SOMEONE”. BC I HAD MY CHILD WAITING HUNGRY WOKE HER UP MAD EARLY TO BE HERE AND SHE JUST REALLY SITTING HERE PLAYING IN MY FACE AND I NOW ONLY HAVE 10 MINS TO START WORK. JUSTIN CAME OUT THANK GOODNESS TO DEFUSE THE SITUATION AS THE REST OF THE GROOMERS SET BACK AND LISTENED INSTEAD OF HONESTLY DOING THE RIGHT THING. HE SAID HE’LL REDIP FREE AS A COURTESY BC HOW FAR I LIVE AND GAVE HELPFUL TIPS TO ULTIMATELY GET RID OF THE FLEAS AS THE BATH DOESNT PREVENT IT. FINALLY A HUMAN WITH A BRAIN AND PURE HEART. THEN THE LACKADAISICAL DITZ SAYS mAkE sUrE YoU rUN tHaT bY tHe OwnEr. O_o like don’t you think you’ve done enough? And really tried to talk to me after she noticed how much of a b she just was…. Girl beat it. I would never be like that towards ANYONE NO MATTER THE JOB OR CIRCUMSTANCE. If my little RECEPTIONIST position called for me to be like that I wouldn’t be in it…. HOPEFULLY SHE LEARNS TO LOVE HERSELF THEN OTHERS MORE BUT HOW OLD SHE LOOKED ALREADY SHES PROBABLY ALREADY STUCK IN HER WAYS SMH. BUT JUSTIN, LITERALLY HAD ME READY TO GO AHEAD AND PAY AGAIN. "I’ve used this place numerous times from 2018 to 2021. I never had an issue. I moved in 2020. I started using other groomers closer. I only had one husky back then. I got a second one a couple of months ago. I booked both an appointment for July 25th. My mother dropped them off and picked them up for me. When she got home I knew they were not properly groomed. I called the next morning to complain. The girl I talked to lied. She said it was normal for huskies to still have chunks of hair coming off of them. Loose hair is expected. One of my dogs coat looked horrible. Neither dog smelled like they had a bath. Both dogs had a ton of undercoat built up. I paid to have all of it done. $174 is what I paid. One of them still had overgrown hair all over his paws. I hung up on the girl I was talking to. I was going to let it go, but they both still needed to be groomed. I didn’t want to have to pay another $174+ so I called them back last week to complain. I scheduled an appointment for today. The owner groomed them. She did a fantastic job, but charged me $100. She never once apologized. Her excuse was I waited too long even though she saw the Facebook post and pictures from the day I had them picked up. She knows her employee screwed up and didn’t do what I paid for. So I posted it in a city watch group today. Again, no apology nothing but excuses but there were multiple people that had complaints about that place. She then posted in her group addressing my complaint without saying who I was, but I knew she was talking about me. She said it was he said she said. I posted the picture I took of my girl husky in the comments. It’s not he said she said. I am not a liar. They screwed up and she’s too stubborn to admit fault and apologize. She blocked me from the group. It is a good place if you get someone that knows what they are doing. After this experience I would never recommend them. I’m posting a picture of Kota right after she got home from a wiggle and a wag on July 25th. You can clearly she she was not bathed and deshedded. My male husky is different. I had to feel his body. He had a lot of impacted undercoat. I’m posting a picture of him and his overgrown paws. Then the other two pictures are from today. These look like before and after photos. It isn’t. All 4 photos were taken right after they got home from a wiggle and a wag. The first 2 show they didn’t groom them properly at all. They smelled like they normally do. They are supposed to smell good. The other two they were groomed properly, look great and smelled good.I don’t think I should’ve had to pay twice for something that should’ve gotten done right the first time."
