"Called me the day they were supposed to come out to tell me it would be the next day at 8:30am. Arrive to the house early to make sure I was there for them at 8:30am. Get a notification after 8:30am that it was now going to be 11am. Didnt end up showing up til 1:15pm! Such a waste of my time to get not only myself up and out early but also my kids who had to come with me. Very frustrated over the lack of commitment, communication and care towards me as the customer."
