"Our warranty company scheduled an appointment with Lovelace Services for tomorrow (8/24/2023). Chris called today (8/23/2023) stating that he was in the area and could work on our system when he finished with the call he was currently working. As promised, he called to give us a heads up that he was on his way. He was courteous and professional. Got right to work and found that 2 capacitors had blown. He hooked everything up to monitor the system and noted that the fan wasn't moving as fast as it should have been. He found that the fan motor was burnt out and this is what caused the capacitors to blow. He quickly replaced the fan motor and ensured that everything was working properly before he left."

He was very professional/ knowledgeable and was very careful/took extra effort to ensure that no damage occurred to our wood floors when he moved the refrigerator into a position where he could work on it.
