"Firstly, was cancelled on. Was told a driver called in. Then we had a weather event so that delay I understood. After being cancelled on was not given a time frame. Suddenly get a call one random morning over a week later that I was on the schedule. Then they got here and refused to take a credit card. I assume they did the job they were supposed to well, so I gave 3 stars for doing the work correctly."
