"I contacted John after several friends had recommended him to me. We set up a date and he arrived promptly and quoted me a fair price for a new A/C unit, air handler and thermostat. He ordered the materials and installed everything the next week. He arrived on time and removed the old 25 year old system and installed the new unit. He was extremely professional, worked fast, efficiently and maintained good housekeeping. He took the time to walk me through the thermostat controls after completion and pointed out there was a small dent in the cover of the unit and he had already taken photos and was in touch with the supplier and it was unacceptable and he would have a replacement cover for me; which he received and installed promptly. He took the time to register my unit for me and made sure to ask how everything was working and if I was satisfied several weeks after he had installed it. You can tell John cares a lot about his customers and holds his workmanship to the highest level. I highly recommend him."
