"Dr Keith is very good but advocate is very bad. The can never return calls. Never ever. Have called them severally for my children and never received any call back from their office. When I complain nothing is done about it, they will only say is the fault of the call center. Today I got there and the call i made to them yesterday was never seen in their system according to their nurse. This is never the first second or third time. Advocate has no value for patients concerns and never returns calls."
