"We have been working on a property lately, Reed Kent finished the flooring just as the ice started to fall right on schedule. The bathroom was completely torn out for remodeling so no thought was given to leaving the water faucet dripping. (It was taken out) The next morning around 9am the pipes burst. Reed was good enough and brave enough to allow me to travel up the Natchez trace Parkway and over the big bridge up to pick him up to take up the flooring he just finished putting down the day before.
