"New resident and not impressed with the swim club at all. Condition or Furniture and deck is not very good for the amount of money the HOA takes in from all the homes! The Management Company is not very responsive either. We have been here two moths and can't seem to get a working fob. Not that this matters I guess since the gate is never locked."
