"Dr. Heitholt is amazing. Seen him six months after a work injury to my left shoulder. I was to the point I couldn't raise left arm more than 6 inches. Left his office I could raise arm over head. After only three sessions I felt about 90% and had full use of shoulder. Dr. Heitholt must have xray vision. He informed me that he believed I had a torn supraspinatus tendon. "I went into my first appointment not know what to expect. I needed work done due to having a stiff, tight, and sore back from weight lifting. I reached out and set up an appointment. They were extremely friendly and welcoming from the start. I was asked to do some simple stretch movements to get an idea on what was going on with my body and was then told exactly what the doctor saw and was going to do. After some quick work on my back and then legs I was able to squat lower than I have since I was a kid and felt like I had lost 10lbs due to the muscles finally relaxing. I was sent on my way with a lacrosse ball and instructions on how to continue to stretch and work out the muscles on my own. It has been a month since my appointment and I am still feeling great. I will be going back for a follow up appointment to work out the deep muscles that the ball and foam roller can’t work out. I am so happy I spent the time to do this with such a great company!!"
