Counseling Center at the Crossing

"My experience was with counselor Paul McDaniel. My now EX-WIFE and I went to him for marital counseling for more than four months. This man is a complete joke and a mockery to ANYTHING deemed Christian/Biblical! He NEVER once opened nor referenced the BIBLE, even though I expressed firmly strong biblical values as the basis for my (and thought my wife's) belief and convictions concerning marriage; not to mention they pass themselves as "Christian counseling." Mr. McDaniel's advice in addition to having NO biblical foundation was always vague and general. If anything, he seemed to go out of his way to NEVER press/discuss any issue actually causing conflict and bringing division (no matter how unbiblical my ex's reasoning for wanting divorce) - just "talk arounds" that led to no problem solving strategies/methods. And every week was the same empty nonsensical aimless discussions. He would also have sessions with my (ex) wife alone, so during the "joint" sessions she was a clam, and he would not share any information of these "private" sessions in the joint session - COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE let alone unbiblical! If you are having issues in your marriage please seek BIBLICAL COUNSELING (specifically) with a pastor or ANY other qualified believer. Counseling Center at the Crossing (Paul McDaniel particularly) IS A RACKET!!! At $130 per 50 minute session - a complete waste of money and time!!! I would give this place ZERO stars if I could!!!"
