"My husband bought my wedding ring six years ago with invisible princess cut diamonds. When my husband bought the ring he told him if he had any problems bring the ring in. His jeweler who fixed on those rings was no longer with him. One of my diamonds kept falling out it was the same one all the time. Adams fixed it twice for me. Obviously it was something they were doing wrong. Took it Lou's jewelry off of airport and he found, I mean he called all over Mobile for someone to fix my ring for me. Something I felt Adams should've did due to the fact my money was spent there. My husband took the ring in to try and get him to get someone to fix it for us and he was very rude!!! I mean horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone spend your money with him. He don't stand behind his word! He's cheap but if you take your jewelry to get repaired or appraised u won't get half of what u paid. Please go get great quality jewelry elsewhere!!!"
