"This place needs to give me my money back!!! My wife has taken our dog (Shi-tzu/Poodle mix) twice. 1st time was for a hair trim and nail grind. We wanted her hair professionally cut so it would be even and we needed her nails cut and ground down as low as they could. She came home with a semi decent cut and her nails barely trimmed. My wife said that they only charged her $35, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt… maybe we don’t explain what exactly we wanted for them to do. A month later (today), we sent our fur-baby there to get a wash, cut and nail grind. I get home from work and look at the worst hair this dog has ever had. Several uneven spots all over her body… nails again just barely clipped. This is horrible work and my wife still paid them $60. We will never be back to this place."
