"Kim is one of the best therapists I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. She truly meets people where there are in life, with no bias, and provides a safe space for them to heal. I would (and DO) recommend her services!"
"This woman is the best there is. She is SO GOOD at her craft. And I say craft because she really does make therapy feel like an art. She speaks so intelligently but in a way that makes it easy for me to understand. She has helped me through countless life challenges. She questions in a way that is kind yet through provoking, always helping me to dig deep, reflect, challenge myself, and gain the self awareness I need make changes in the right direction. If you need a therapist (and honestly…who doesn’t!?) look no further. She’s phenomenal."
"For several years, Ms Ermi and I were colleagues. As a clinical, licensed Social Worker for over four decades I can attest to her professional acumen, ethics and honesty. It is a wise, ethical clinician who forgoes paying clients because the clinician is honest and refuses to treat clients who are in need of special expertise which the clinician does not possess."
"Called about my 8yo child with Asperger's Syndrome, seeing a therapist to help with anxiety and panic issues. When Mrs. Ermi asked what kind of insurance I had, her demeaner towards me changed and I was treated like a second class citizen, with the phone call ending with Kimberly Ermi, saying "good luck with your son," verbatim and immediately hung up. If this is the attitude she carries, she has no business in dealing with the public, especially kids. Shame on you."
