"We loved Marty but this place is so unprofessional! I've left message after message and no one returns phone calls. One day that my daughter had an appointment they called me as I was pulling into the parking lot to cancel her appointment! 10 minutes before her scheduled appointment! They called and cancelled numerous times and said they would have to call me back to reschedule and I've had to repeatedly call to reschedule that appointment because they either don't answer the phone or don't return calls. Horrible place to do business with! Ive given up on this place. Save yourself the hassle and find another place."
"I was told that this facility had DBT and other groups/classes for teens. It turns out that groups and classes are only teens involved in the court system or with addictions. I wish this place had options for teens not involved with addictions and the juvenile court system, there seems to not be many available such as art, music, dance, equine therapy. We saw a therapist for three weeks, after the first week she told us that she was leaving. I never understood why she would take on a new client when she knew that she was leaving, it felt unethical."
