"My wife and I recently participated in the couples retreat to Bucerias, Mexico. I had hoped it would be a trip that would help bring us closer together, and it absolutely was. What I wasn’t expecting was becoming fast friends with 7 other couples in a gorgeous oasis where we were treated like royalty! The work was difficult at times, but we were given a safe space for tough conversations, with constant support and guidance from Michele and her wife. Seeing all of these amazing women/couples doing the same work normalized the process, and no matter what issue you’re working through, there’s someone else at the table who has been though the same or similar, so the conversations inevitably continue in the pool during downtime at the retreat, and have continued in text threads with the other couples since the retreat.
