"Kathy Browne is the Program Coordinator for the Domestic Violence Classes at this building and was very rude and unprofessional when I called her number. That is NOT okay, especially when this place offers Domestic Violence Classes and she is acting that way. Snapping and hanging up and cutting someone off while speaking is a disgusting way to act and I don't know why people like her are even employed!!!! SMH"
