"I made an appointment for Wednesday. The lady called me Tuesday evening and verified my appointment. Once I canceled my trip out of town for the day before so I could be home. When Wednesday morning rolled around a different lady called me to tell me that the tech couldn’t make it until the next day. I not only lost a days pay. I also didn’t get my dishwasher installed in my kitchen. I don’t recommend this place to anyone! If you knew you wouldn’t be able to make appointment you shouldn’t have called and verified appointment the evening before."

"We had a problem with the water temp in our shower. It would start off hot and them turn ice cold in the middle of the shower. Christopher H, our technician, did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing our issue. it was time consuming and mind boggling at times, but he remained pleasant, professional and patient throughout it all. We are so thankful and appreciative to be able to take a hot shower now!! Thank you Mr. Rooter and a HUGE THANK YOU to Chris!"
