"this place is very unprofessional and i wouldn’t suggest it at all. i’ve called 6 times over the past three weeks and each time i’ve called i get sent straight to voicemail and i’ve left a voicemail with all my information each time and i’ve never received a phone call back. for a place that specializes in mental health they aren’t doing a very good job at helping people in need. what if i was suicidal and they never answer my calls? if they want to run a business saying they can help people with mental illness and not answer anyone’s calls then close it down. i called another counseling business in greenwood after trying this one multiple times and they responded to my call in the span of one hour. that’s how you run a business. if i could give zero stars i for sure would."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I have attempted to contact Counselor Linda Heiden Childers twice in the past two weeks. When you call it goes to her voicemail asking you to leave a message with your contact information, which I did, I never received a phone call back either time. Very unprofessional. If she can't return a simple call, then what makes her equipped to provide a patient with good mental care. UPDATE: After posting this review I did received a return phone call from her. I'm not sure if she was aware of this review or it was just coincidence."
