"I have been a customer since me and my were married over 26 years ago,I started working out of town some and called to make a payment over the phone and the woman whom I could barely understand who talked over me said she needed my bank account info and routing number to pay,she could not use a debit card,I have a credit card from my bank and they wouldn’t take it at the store,I have the flu and sent my wife,I never have received the Kay card still,so I called today and they still talk over you but she said they could take my debit card same one I have used the whole time,seems to me you people are up to no good and very hard to pay a payment in the same way I do all my bills so I had them cancel the card I have never seen and will never do business again."

I told her that I was looking for my mom a necklace and it could be my last mother's day with my mom.
