"This dance team is no longer what it use to be, they use to promote sisterhood now it’s all about the dollars. The coaches do not respect their students like they should and yell at the kids all the time. I’m not speaking on a one year experience it was several years we stuck around hoping things would change. Ever since the coaches had a coach come on named Khadijah aka Kaykay things have most definitely went downhill. She’s the coach that yells at the girls the most and doesn’t mind grabbing the girl’s inappropriately during class sessions. They do not have any structure to their classes but would gladly sell a new parent a dream as if it’s the best dance team in the south suburbs. These ladies pleaded with me to keep my daughter on the dance team and in the end allowed coach Kaykay to mistreat her. How do you lie to the police and act as though you were on the floor when coach Kaykay grabbed my daughter inappropriately. I’m so disappointed in Coach Rita and Coach Tree for allowing this one Coach to change the character of this dance team and this is why they’ve lost so many of their Veterans to more Elite dance teams. I’m speaking up now with hopes to save someone else child from being mistreated in the future."
