Inconsistent scheduling, no calls back for billing issues, then a few months later a call to settle for payment. I tried to get it worked out with them months prior, but couldn’t get anyone to call me back."

"When I looked up reviews for the well-established practice with as many providers as Generations has, I was nervous to discover there were only 3 ratings, despite them all being a 5.0. Counseling is more subjective than a 5.0 and why only 3??—something felt off about that. But I don’t let Google ratings make my decisions in life so despite having already had many anxiety-provoking frustrations with the front-running administrative processes to that point, I pressed on with an appointment with Michelle. I’ve accepted the entire start-to-finish negative experience with Generations, and almost moved on. But even though it feels scary, I came back to leave an honest review. It’s worth it to me if helps you to not override your gut feelings, when maybe you already have to work double time to drown out others’ voices to hear it and trust it. And maybe I’m the only one it feels super scary for, but if not, here’s a step towards not being afraid to help each other out with real reviews, no matter which way they go. Let’s be informed directors of our own healing, instead of letting them tell us how it has to be. ❤️"
