"I have been working with the town trying to resolve a water issue that the town caused on a friends property. They have not done anything in 15 years. The town is the worst I have ever seen. They refuse to help and told her to higher a lawyer and sue. Her driveway is destroyed, her homes foundation is cracked and her lawn is dead. The well water also may be compromised."
