"I called Roberts about a roof leak. They came out & found a raised shingle due to a nail having backed out. They were very reasonable & hardly charged me anything. We talked about some things with my home that would need attention in the future but was not an immediate concern. Sometime later I called about replacing some siding & roofing on my shed since they do have home repair in their name. Its not a Home Depot shed it is a decent size building on a foundation. The son came out to do a estimate, called me on the phone since I unfortunately could not be there and after we talked he said we would get back to me. I never heard anything back. I called & left a message, no response. I gave a one star rating because I could not really rate their work. The failure to respond back about the estimate or return my call I find very unprofessional. They could have given me half a dozen reasons they did not want the job & I could have respected that. However things being what they are I will not use them for the items we had discussed to do in the future regarding my roof and some electrical work. I will find someone that can at least return a phone call."

They replaced damaged flooring caused by a water leak. They replaced old and leaking washer faucets. They installed a new exterior door and lock. They repaired a leaking roof and replaced all the damaged decking and rotting wood. They can do it all you don't have to call multiple contractors. They are honest, fair and trustworthy. They are always my first call when I need work done."

"Early last summer we had a handyman come out to repair a leak we had in our bedroom.  He said we needed to check with a roofer as he did not do roofs.  He recommended Roberts Home and Roof Repair.  They could tell what was causing the leak by just looking at the roof from the ground.  Sure enough when they got up there, it was leaking around the flange of the vent.  Upon further inspection of the roof, they found hail damage and so our entire roof had to be replaced.  Because the storm had done damage to the inside of the garage they repaired it, and painted the entire ceiling.  Both my husband and I were amazed at how well they sealed the hole in the bedroom ceiling where the leak had been.  They painted the entire ceiling. It looks new.  The quality of their work has been superb.  We have used them for several other jobs since then."
