His counseling seemed targeted towards a healthy person, instead of somebody with serious physical disorders. Dr. Pacifici would seem to listen intently, then launch on courses of advice clearly intended for individuals with different capacity. His disregard for urgent, worsening neuroendocrine symptoms and existing recommended courses of action led to completely off-base, out-of-context advice. We were unable to bridge the gap within our 45-minute discussion. I've never felt less heard nor listened to by such an attentive-acting professional than with Dr. Pacifici."
