"Please listen to the bad reviews and don’t go here for services. My appointment was set up through my insurance and I was told my appointment time was 2 pm. I showed up there at 1:50 and when I walked in I told the lady I was there for my appointment and I was met with “ Im Dr.reed and you’re 25 minutes late to this appointment..you were told to be here 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork…I have another client at 3 ” I explained to her that I must have not heard the part about being early when I was on the phone, I have two small kids I had to take to a sitter, and I had an extremely hard time finding her building. I asked to reschedule the appointment and Pamela said “ that’s your call”. It was very obvious she had no interest in helping me. I understand that her time is Valuable but it was an honest misunderstanding. I’m still in shock that 5 minutes into meeting your new patient who is there to pay you to listen and that’s what you think is appropriate to say. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. Now I know why she had openings."

"I went a few times for couples counseling. I explained that my partner dismissed me often, and I felt he didn’t take my needs seriously. I said he acts like his needs & feelings are more important than mine (aka emotional invalidation). You know what her response was? “Oh, I’m sure he doesn’t do that.” So thank you for assuring him that you’re on his side and he does nothing wrong, and thank you for also invalidating my emotions. Unbelievable that he had you wrapped around his finger so quickly. You should not be practicing."

"Where do I even begin? Dr. Pam is an angel. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be here today. I am a diagnosed schizophrenic and when I met dr. Pam I was in the midst of my first schizophrenic meltdown. I was a 2 year old and the devil was in my head. Saying things like "listen to me" on my funny days and crying and begging and praying for hours on my bad days (almost everyday for 6 months) for the devil to go away. Dr pam never encouraged the fact that I thought I was possessed. She would tru to talk me through it rationally. It didnt work for a long time because I knew what was in my head and nobody could tell me otherwise but she had patience and I looked forward to seeing her everytime I went and everytime I go now. She tried to keep me out of the hospital because they made me worse and she found me the best psychiatrist who finally got me on the right meds. Dr. Pam I am incredibly grateful to you and I know God will bless you for the amazing things you do for people. I look up to you and if it wasn't for you I know I wouldnt be here. Thanks for saving my life!"

"Had a client for 2 years and did not make any progress. Created a friendship rather than a professional relationship.The relationship was so unprofessional she shared the eulogy at this clients passing. This client passed away and I blame this therapist for her passing by enabling her bad habits rather than working through them."
