"This office has the worst customer service ever with one of the front desk women. She’s very elderly and constantly gets my messages wrong to my doctor and interrupts me when I’m speaking. She has zero customer service etiquette and just hangs up on calls. The owners may want to rethink who they have as their first contact for their business. If this was my first time dealing with her I wouldn’t even want an appointment. I’ve been going here for years and she seems to get worse and worse. I will say that Jennifer has always been great and very nice when speaking with her!"
"Update. Received a callback and was able to be scheduled. Setting an out of office or ringover call tree to a live agent would go a long way."
"Edited to add: I have called and emailed multiple times, but Creekside staff will not acknowledge that they billed the wrong insurance company. Instead they have refused to respond to me except for a letter threatening to send my account to collections, all while they actually owe me money. If only I could give a negative score... my son had two appointments here last year, one in July and one in December. He was prescribed meds, but when it came time to refill, I called repeatedly before they were finally called into the wrong pharmacy. Each time I called, I was told how their errors were my fault. I also had a question about the meds (since it took so long to finally get the refill, and my son had to go a few weeks without them), and I had to call about 6 times before I ever got an answer. Each time, the receptionists were rude and dishonest. To top it all off, I received a bill for $70 in late February (two months after his final appointment, seven months after the first appointment), for "copay." I unfortunately paid them. Now, in June (almost a year after the first appointment), I got a bill for $230, saying my insurance did not cover the appointments. Mind you, this $230 was never mentioned on the previous bill. It also listed the wrong insurance company! I called my actual insurance company and found, unsurprisingly, that Creekside never attempted to make a claim with them, and if they had, I should have not had a copay at all. In other words, Creekside has stolen my money, and is trying to defraud me out of more money, and they will not return any of my calls. This is all from a mental health facility!!! I cannot believe they are even able to stay in business... I guess because they fraudulently bill people who don't owe anything and get lucky sometimes."
"The quality of service is high; I have no complaints there. My problem was with the billing. I was a client there for over a year. When I shifted to a different practice, I received a bill for over $150.00 dating back to my very first appointment with them, some fourteen months earlier. Since then, I had made payments by credit card and by check, but none of the statements showed moat of those payments. I asked for a detailed summary of my account showing all transactions and it was like pulling teeth. I got bits and pieces of information, but never the full statement I made multiple requests by phone and by mail, and it took the better part of nine months to get the statement, along with a letter from their office manager threatening to send me to collections if I did not settle the entire account within thirty days. Remember, I was trying to settle the account; I just wanted to make sure they had applied all my payments correctly because they never showed up on the mini-statements they sent. In short, if you have great insurance which will cover all costs, I recommend this practice. If you have to do any form of self-pay or copay, stay far away."
"I called to schedule an appointment for my adolescent son. We showed up early as requested. We sat in the waiting room listening to the entire staff laugh and joke while people were waiting. Which would have been fine if it had not cut into my appointment time. 15 minutes after my appointment time, the NP passes as says has anyone checked you in. I say no and she says oh, they'll be out soon. The front desk lady comes out and proceeds to tell me that she scheduled my son with the NP but since we didn't want to medicate him we couldn't see her. Who medicated children on the first visit? Who assumes all children need medication...especially before seeing them? My son will not be going here. I would not recommend."
