"My girlfriend and I came into the store today to look at thin chains since I’ve purchased another chain from a different store, but unfortunately the chain that we had was extremely tangled. We told one of the store associates, who was named Jeron, about it and expressed that since we couldn’t fix it that I would have to purchase a new one. Without any hesitation, he asked to see our chain and immediately went to work on it. In a matter of minutes he was able to untangle it and have it look good as new! He wasn’t upset with the fact we didn’t purchase anything from their store and was just happy to help us out. If anyone goes to Grogan Jewelers, I recommend asking for this gentleman. "I needed to get a couple of rings sized up. The salesman was very nice and gave us a detailed explanation of the process. The workmanship was fantastic. "To celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary my husband and I went to Grogan’s to look for new rings to commemorate the day. Tammie Smith helped us as soon as we walked in the door! Tammie showed us many options and spent quite a bit of time with us. We really enjoyed talking with her and felt like old friends when we left. She is so great to work with. She showed us wonderful, old fashioned great customer service. She even got the jeweler to straighten my husband’s class ring. We did not purchase that day but waited a few days and returned to talk to her again. Why did we go back? Because of the way she treated us the first time. On our return visit we worked with Tammie and the jeweler to refresh our original wedding rings, repair two bracelets, repair a jeweled ring guard, size a ring, and to replace the prongs on a diamond ring. I just picked up the two bracelets and two rings and they are beautiful! I am so glad we went to Grogan’s and got to work with Tammie! We will definitely make this our jewelry store of choice.
