Reviews of Red Bay City Water Park
"I’m tired of this I had to wait over an hour in a line and I had to pay 31 dollars for me and somebody peed on the slide it did it. Do you need anything?"
"Nice enough but the 3 stars is because of the country music with cussing…. GD is not acceptable at a family facility!!!!! Won’t go back."
"It is a nice place, clean and well maintained. I just feel that when a family comes here it cost so much to eat and drink on top of having to rent life jackets and chairs. The company should let people bring in their own stuff and coolers with food and non-alcoholic drinks. This would help big families out by not having to pay for so much stuff for an enjoyable day at a clean area."
"If I could give less then 1 star I would. After reading over their rules and regulations and seeing all the different pool areas, we decided to bring my 4 month old grandson up here. Only after paying did the very HATEFUL admission clerk tell us that he would not be allowed on any of the pools and the he would be limited to the splash pad only. We also had a little float for him and she hatefully said aren’t you going to go out that back in the car and my daughter in law said yes I will as soon as you give me my debit card back. I understand rules and liability but I also believe you should have something more than no diapers or little swimmers allowed in the pools posted in the rules section. Nowhere does it mention infants being limited to the splash pad that babies can’t even enjoy!"
"35 dollars for 4 ppl(3 adults and a 6 year old) to only get to play on one slide. Infants are only allowed in the splash pad. Can’t go into the kiddie pool accompanied with a adult. And I get told no coolers (drink and sandwiches) and that I have to buy over priced microwave food! No thanks. Oh and I had to pay for two lawn chairs. Kind of a ripoff if you ask me!"
