"I contacted the office by to get some specific information on Ms Adams experience before I made an appointment. Someone named Dawn responded and told me to go online and make an appointment, when I responded that I needed to know if she dealt with antidepressant withdrawal before we spent time and money on an appointment, Dawn responded that I should go online and read Ms. Adams' biography, which I had already, but my questions were not answered, Dawn added that she considered this an end to the conversation. When I responded she sent me a fake email back saying EMAIL FAILURE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL but I guess I did get my answer that this was not a medical office I wanted to help with a mental health issue of anyone in my family."

"When I first was sent here I had high hopes for finding someone that truly wished to help. My first encounter with Jill Adams was off from the beginning, and I had massive anxiety speaking with her. I have nothing against nurse practitioners, but I thought I would be dealing with a doctor at an actual practice, not someone whom is based in a tiny room in a large complex acting as her own secretary. Everything from paying, to scheduling appointments, to filing out your history is done online. I have massive anxiety attacks and paranoia - part of ptsd I have acquired. Not to mention I am going through renal failure which is why I was sent to her in the first place. She was supposed to be knowledgeable enough to prescribe medications safe for me to take. Not only did she not want to risk helping me, but she claimed I breached her contract by not writing everything electronically that I wanted to tell her privately. I had a total of 2 visits for which, even though she had my credit card on file as well as only takes my insurance, she charged me $300 personally for "failure to pay". My 2nd appointment lasted 5 minutes. Her website is very poorly constructed and as you can only do it there I could not find the option and was given no reminders that I hadn't paid. I pleaded with her via email and was never even given a response. She wouldn't even let me take the blood tests she ordered me to have done to my kidney doctor so i wouldn't have to do it again. I have never seen such lack of emotion from someone supposedly out to help people. If you end up here I hope it goes better than my own experience. I am in dire financial straights and she couldn't even help a veteran make some kind of payment plan. I can't even explain how terrible this whole experience has been to me. All i wanted was for someone to help me, and instead I was totally destroyed and left in awe. It seems once again that earning money is more important to some people than making an effort to make a difference."
