"It was a nightmare! Never on time, too many excuses why the two day job turned into eleven days. Constantly changing the price. Very poor communication with owner and laborer. We finally had enough. Did not allow for them to finish the project. Owner is trying to charge more than the original price for less work. I was to afraid if they were to continue it would have been a month. The siding work was not of quality. If I could do it over again I would not select this particular contractor. Thumbs down on every level."

Job encompassed framing, drywall, some electrical, paint. Ian and his team (Kevin and Chris) did a great job - fast, accurate, clean.
