"Paige really helped me. After some individual therapy, my wife and I started couples therapy with her, which was going well. I even sent my kids to her briefly. And then she ghosted us. She didn’t return calls or texts from either of us. For months, nothing. Dumping a client without a referral (or even a conversation) is actually unethical … not to mention harmful. I was really disappointed."

"Where to begin. They were charging me random amounts on my statements. They were sending claims for dates of service that never happened. They didn't submit for some that did. They had 1 card on file and I called and asked for it to be removed and a different card to replace it. They ended up charged BOTH my cards for some services, never removing my first card. Trying to get ahold of either owner to get this fixed was ridiculous and I ended up filing a dispute with my bank. I liked one of our therapists but the other I wasn't a large fan. The therapist told my children they shouldn't say sorry (ever) and even corrected me during a session. The therapist also told my teenage daughter she should "dress differently". Um, no. We only attended therapy here from April through July and three of my accounts say I have never made a payment and say past due and one says I have a massive credit. I have called about getting a statement saying what I have paid and still waiting on that later. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!"
